The Founder
Advocate Yousuf Khalifa Bin Hammad, an Emirati national and founder of Yousuf Bin Hammad & Associates, after graduation from university had been a public prosecutor in Dubai from 1988 until 1991. In 1991 he decided to move into private practice and established the Law Firm.
He is licensed to represent to all levels of the courts all over the U.A.E such as Court of First Instance, Appeal Courts and Court of Cassation / Union Supreme Court.
Besides receiving considerable attention from local print, radio and TV media, Advocate Yousuf Khalifa Bin Hammad frequently lectures before the Lawyers’ Association of the United Arab Emirates about commercial law, intellectual property law and copyright protection, etc. and had been a member of the Appeal Committee of the UAE Football Association from 2009 until 2013. In 2015, he became a board member of Emirates Association for Lawyers and Legal Consultants (EALL) and had served the reputable organization up to 2019.
Most remarkable may be the award to Advocate Yousuf Khalifa Bin Hammad personally for the “Best Lawyer 2011” (individual).

Since 1991, Yousuf Bin Hammad & Associates is a fully licensed law firm, accredited to the courts of all over the United Arab Emirates and we are entitled to provide consultations regarding the issues with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), distinguishing it from international law firms.

Dr. Ashraf is a legal consultant and arbitrator who is practicing law since 1987 and degree holder of Ph.D. in commercial law as well as Ph.D. in civil law.
Mr. Mahmoud is a legal consultant and practicing law since 1979.

Yousuf Bin Hammad & Associates is in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates on Al Maktoum Street in Al Reem Tower, close to the Creek, the old heart of Dubai. The office is located in close proximity to many authorities, in walking distance to the Land Department & Rental Dispute Center, Dubai Municipality and Department of Economy and Tourism, and about five minutes by car from Dubai Courts and the Public Prosecution.
